What is the Yoga Mindset?
The yoga mindset is a quality of awareness that is calm, centered, and confident. It is a mind that understands itself. A mind that knows how and why it thinks, feels, and acts as it does.
In the yoga mindset we can clearly evaluate internal and external conditions and self-regulate. The yoga mindset is the most centered state to make decisions and speak from.
A yogic mind is also connected to internal resources of support. It is a fully embodied compassionate awareness for the parts of self and others.
